Which DSLR?
A few introductions first, I’m new to WDC, and unequivocally to photography in general. Prior to this we only had a customary compact; though recently have wanted to bend into photography ‘proper’. As such I’ve been doing some investigate into DSLR’s that fit my budget.
Going on reviews etc. (I’ve not had time as nonetheless to go to a emporium and try and a cameras), I’ve found dual cameras that we like a demeanour of, a Nikon D3100 and a Canon EOS 550D.
Both are around a £550 mark, a small above a £500 I’d ideally like to spend, though they do demeanour do be really good cameras for someone in my situation. Both, of a reviews we have read, have got lots of certain feedback, with really few disastrous comments.
These are both from Jessops, and a D3100 comes with an 18.55mm VR Lens, and a 55-200mm non- VR lens. This costs £550
The 550D on a other palm comes with an IS 18-55mm lens, and a giveaway (Velbon DF-50) Tripod. This is labelled during £580
Both a VR and IS on a lenses seem really useful facilities for a relations beginner such as myself. However, as I’ll expected only have my camera with me ‘on a go’, we substantially won’t get as most use out of a tripod as it’s worth.
As such, is a (from what we gather) increasing peculiarity of a 550D value a additional income compared to a D3100, that does come with a second lens?
Any assistance would be apprecitaed on this matter, even if it’s to contend that both cameras are useless!!
Cheers,
Ed
